PROHIBITED ARE ANY KIND OF SOUND INSTRUMENTS, DISTURBING THE TRANQUILITY AND PEACE OF NEIGHBORS, SHOUTING, NOISE, SETTING OFF FIREWORKS. IT IS ALSO FORBIDDEN TO RECEIVE VISITORS, ONLY THE GUESTS LISTED IN THE RESERVATION ARE AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS AND REMAIN IN THE PROPERTY. The space Very airy, cozy house, with complete American kitchen with 4 stools, utensils, stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender and sandwich maker, electronic gate, covered garage for 3 cars, barbecue, rustic table with 12 stools, plastic tables with chairs, hammocks, rocking chairs. The house is well located, 1.2 km from Praça do Coreto, Rio das Almas, Rua do Lazer, 800 meters from Igreja Nosso Senhor do Bonfim, 4.8 km from Cachoeira Usina Velha, 5.3 km from Pesque Pague Cabanas, 6.7 km from Cachoeira Meia Lua. ATTENTION! On national and state holidays and commemorative dates, we only work with packages for the event or package rates. - We do not offer bed and bath linens. - Any sound and disturbing the neighbors is prohibited. - Any type of sound and disturbance to the neighborhood with singing, prayers, discussions, shouting, clamor, sound instruments, acoustic signals is prohibited. If there are complaints regarding sound or disturbances, eviction will be required - The Wi-Fi and cellular network in the city may experience outages and/or decreased speed, especially during peak high season. Other things to note Note: AUTOMOTIVE SOUND OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF SOUND INSTRUMENT THAT IS CAPABLE OF DISTURBING THE TRANQUILITY AND PEACE OF THE NEIGHBORS IS PROHIBITED. IT IS ALSO FORBIDDEN TO SWEAR, SCREAM, MAKE A RACKUS OR SET OFF FIREWORKS DURING THE DAY AND AT NIGHT. • VISITORS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING THE HOUSE. • ONLY GUESTS PREVIOUSLY LISTED IN THE RESERVATION ARE AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS AND REMAIN IN THE PROPERTY. • IF THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE PRESENT ON THE PREMISES EXCEEDS THE LIMIT CONTRACTED AND REGISTERED IN THE RESERVATION, AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF R$ 300.00 (THREE HUNDRED REAIS) PER PERSON WILL BE CHARGED PER CALENDAR DAY. • IN ADDITION TO THE ADDITIONAL FEE, THE HOST MAY REQUIRE IMMEDIATE VACANCY OF THE PROPERTY TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH THE ESTABLISHED RULES. We are not responsible for items left in the property during or after the lease The Host is not responsible for any material damage during the rental period, and also in the event of death or accident, all responsibility will be of those responsible for the rental.
