Small house "l'oustalou"

I welcome you to my small house in the heart of the countryside, located at the foot of the Normandy Switzerland and only 20 minutes from Caen, it is the perfect place to enjoy both the countryside, the city, and the sea. Completely renovated in an ecological way with healthy materials, you can choose a relaxing and cocooning weekend by the fire, or stroll through the surrounding nature. The space The house has a bedroom with a 160 cm bed in the attic, a baby/small child's room that also serves as an office and bathroom with toilet on the 1st floor, and on the ground floor a kitchen/living room with fireplace and sofa bed. A small garden is located in front of the house. Guest access You will have access to every room of the house. Only the buildings (barn) outside will not be accessible. Other things to note A TV is available in the living room, but it is not connected to the channels. However, you can connect a laptop via an HDMI cable provided to watch movies or DVDs. There is also no fixed internet connection, possibility to connect to the 3G network of SFR and Bouygues with your phone. Perfect for a real break from everyday life! The Orange and Free network is very limited. In the living room, the wood stove is the only means of heating. There is an electric heater for the bathroom and upstairs. The house has an electrical subscription of 3 kWh, which does not allow many high-power electrical appliances to be operated at the same time. A cat lives in the house the rest of the year. It is of course not present during your stay. Cleaning is done thoroughly, but there may still be some hair that would be a problem for very allergic people.
