Holiday house on Schwielowsee

Our house offers space on approx. 80 m² and stands on a plot with a size of 432 m². There is a living room, two bedrooms (sleeping for 4 people), kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace. There is a parking space on the property. In the garden there is a small lawn and a beach chair, garden furniture with a barbecue. Since the region is a true cycling paradise, two bicycles are of course available to you. Our house is located in the idyllic artist village Ferch. At the gates of Potsdam and Berlin. The house is located in a settlement in the forest, about 1.5 km from Lake Schwielow. Ferch is located about 13 km southwest of Potsdam and about 35 km from Berlin. Visit the Bonsai Garden or the Museum of the Havelland Painter's Colony. Let yourself be pampered with culinary delights at the Schwielowsee in the Landhaus Ferch. In about 15 minutes by bike you can reach the Sanddornhof with its specialties. The old Werder stand is also worth seeing. There are numerous shops in Werder.
