In our home, a guest room with a double bed (1.80 m wide) is available for guests. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and foot. For fresh air lovers, there are great trails to walk, jog or cycle. For tips and excursion options/restaurants, a folder is available in the guest room. Please arrange check-in 1 week before arrival. Bookings for other people will not be accepted!!! The space The guest room and bathroom are on the first floor of the house. The kitchen is shared and should be left as it was found. Great emphasis is placed on order and cleanliness. Guests are offered a warm welcome. The house is within walking distance of the Ems-Jade Canal, where you can take nice walks or bike rides. You can enjoy the tranquility, nature and water there. It's always exciting to meet new people and personalities. Guest access In addition to the guest room, guests have access to the kitchen and bathroom as well as the hallway/lobby. The guest room is located in the private living space. That's why we share the kitchen and passageways. Guests have access to the house via a side entrance through the garage. The side entrance first leads into the utility room. From there, it goes through the kitchen into the lower hallway, from which the bathroom and the guest room can be reached. The garden may be used. Everything will be explained at check-in. The living room on the first floor is not intended for guests. The patio door is alarmed and must not be opened! The upper floor of the house is private and is separated by a door in the hallway, which is locked. During your stay I am always available to our guests via cell phone. Please save the cell phone number that is stored here on AirBnb. Other things to note It's always nice to meet and welcome new guests. In the guest room there are some flyers and information available for you. In Friesland, we say "Moin" all day long as a greeting. In a cozy town like Sande, you greet all pedestrians you meet on the street. The house is located in the second row, house number 17a. Please do not ring the bell in front of the yellow house with the number 17 or next door at 19a. The long driveway goes in between 15 and 17. For your information: The parents live within walking distance and have a key to the house. They may also be there. For smokers, an ashtray can be found on the terrace. The terrace is partly covered. It can be reached via the side door and the path through the garage. (Please don't go through the living room!) If you cook, please use the range hood! Since many guests forget this more and more, the decor detaches from the cabinet above the stove due to the hot vapors. Feel free to open the window when frying and close the kitchen door. Thank you!
