Please message us if you are interested in staying more than 2 weeks. There are cameras located on the exterior of the house for security purposes. We provide 4 complimentary kayaks, life vests and miscellaneous floats. We are Minutes from so many fun places! Quail Branch Lodge, Fifth Day Farms petting zoo and of course Wild Adventures Theme Park! Due to the lake proximity, this is not recommended for families with toddlers unless you are prepared to provide close supervision at ALL times! We do our best to keep the property safe for all. However, this is a natural water body in South Georgia so expect to experience all things southern including bugs and mosquitos, and potentially dangerous wildlife. PESTS: Please understand, we are in the south! You might see or encounter wildlife including, but not limited to: snakes, alligators, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, roaches, etc. to name a few. These creatures are part of living in the south and we have no control over them. We do use a professional pest control service in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter a creature of Mother Nature during your stay. Please note, we have internet but it is very slow and very inconsistent. Unfortunately, until a better provider comes to the area, this is out of our control. Absolutely NO jet Skis or boats allowed!
