Welcome to our cozy cottage on Kysing Næs, which exudes a cottage atmosphere in an authentic style. The cottage is located on a nice plot, and only 350m from the nearest beach with a jetty. The house has a lovely bright and charming kitchen/living room in open connection with cozy living room with TV and fireplace. In addition, the cottage offers 4 rooms: 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 x 180x200 cm and 1 x 140x200 cm), 1 room with bunk beds (80x200 cm) and a small bathroom. The space The cottage is located on a lovely plot - only 350 meters from the nearest beach with a jetty. The house is barely 90 sqm and has a lovely bright and charming kitchen/living room in open connection with cozy living room with TV and wood-burning stove. There is also a CD player and a DVD player, and a good opportunity to hunt in both the CD and DVD collection, and relive old memories or rewatch movies for both children and adults. In addition, the summerhouse has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 room with bunk beds (a total of 8 beds) + a daybed in the living room that can be used as a bed. There is a newly renovated bathroom with a washing machine. In the garden, there is a good opportunity for both playing ball games on the grass with the two football goals and swings in the trees. There is plenty of opportunity for relaxation on the two terraces, in the hammock, or cozy around the fire. There is also an outdoor shower recently set up, so you can easily rinse sand and salt off after a trip to the beach. Other things to note Electricity consumption is billed separately according to the applicable fixed prices for electricity, which is stated before the stay and settled immediately after the end of the stay. If the amount is paid as an extra payment through Airbnb, we reserve the right to add a fee of DKK 100.
