Maison du meunier for a stay in absolute calm!

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century. The space You can park near the house, entirely at your disposal and enjoy a table with garden chairs and two deck chairs outside. On the ground floor, the living room offers an equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee makers and pods, kettle, etc.), a dining area and a lounge area with sofa, armchairs, television and fireplace with insert. You also have a laundry room (washing machine, large cupboards), a large bathroom with shower and vanity unit with two basins and separate toilets. Upstairs, the master bedroom is spacious and has a queen-size bed . The second bedroom has two simple beds. All bedding is new. On request, a desk can be installed in the large bedroom. Other things to note We put at your disposal for your arrival tea, herbal teas, coffee capsules and the necessary to start cooking (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar ..) All the informations for your arrival and your stay will be sent to you with the welcome booklet after your reservation.
