The first shops are 5 km away, offering an ideal proximity to make the most of your stay. The garden of the house is a haven of peace, perfect for an afternoon of relaxation or a barbecue in the evening, it has a large shed with garden furniture. And for those coming by car, you can easily park on site thanks to the dedicated parking inside the property. As soon as you enter the house, you will be greeted by a large farmhouse table for 8 people, to the right of this room a comfortable seating area with 2 large sofas, as well as a television for moments of relaxation between two outings. The equipped and furnished kitchen will allow you to prepare good meals with ease, with an oven, fridge, freezer, hob and various utensils for cooking. The ground floor also houses a sleeping area, ideal for those who prefer to avoid stairs. There is a small comfortable bedroom with a single bed (90 x 190). Bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms welcome you for a restful night after your busy days. The first bedroom has a large double bed (160 x 200 cm), a single bed (90 x 190 cm) and a cot ideal for a family. The second bedroom offers 4 beds for children or friends in 2 double beds (140 x 190). A second bathroom with toilet upstairs completes this space, offering all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. This house is more than just a place to stay, it's an invitation to enjoy every moment, to create unforgettable memories with family or friends. Other things to note SHEETS AND TOWELS This service is optional. If you do not wish to fill an extra suitcase with linens and towels, we can offer you some. With this service, you will also enjoy beds made upon arrival. RATES: • Bed: €12 per bed • Bathroom linen: €8 per person (one large bath towel + 1 small hand towel) All our cottages are equipped with 140/200 cm duvet for single beds and 220/240 cm for double beds or sometimes 240/260 cm. The pillows are all 60 x 60 cm. All bedding and pillows are protected by mattress protectors. Bath mat in the bathroom, 4 kitchen towels, mop and some cleaning products. HOUSEKEEPING The cleaning must be done on the day of your departure if you do not take the cleaning package option at the end of your stay. It is imperative to: - vacuum and clean floors, - clean the toilets, - clean the kitchen, appliances, - clean and store the dishes, - empty and dispose of garbage cans, - empty the ashes and clean the barbecue grills, - empty the fridge/freezer. BARBECUE OPTION (+ €30) CLEANING OPTION (+ €100) You can book this package upon arrival but it does not exclude the removal of your garbage and returning the house to the condition you found it in. The cleaning package includes: - vacuuming and cleaning of floors, - cleaning of sanitary facilities (sink, toilet, shower), - cleaning of the kitchen (fridge, sink, hob, oven, microwave). We reserve the right to charge you extra cleaning fees upon departure if these obligations are not met.
