The space Our house is situated in a well-kept single-family house settlement in Wandsbek-Gartenstadt, east of the Alster. This district is characterized by its spacious house gardens and a large allotment garden colony. The atmosphere is familiar and neighborly. The streets are only used by residents. You have direct access to public transport, main roads and the highway. The city can be reached within 20 minutes. The living room, together with the spacious kitchen, measures 30 square meters. Here you can enjoy the view of the garden on our cozy nostalgia sofas. We have two bedrooms: a double bedroom (13 square meters) and a bedroom (14 square meters) with separate beds. The double room has a 160 x 200 cm bed (2 mattresses, each 80 cm wide). It is puristically decorated in gray, taupe and white. The single bedroom is next door: These beds measure 90 x 200 cm. In the kitchen-living room you will find all the utensils for cooking. Our welcome greeting to you includes, among other things Coffee and tea. Within walking distance you can reach a Pennymarkt and a bakery. By car, you can reach several supermarkets such as Edeka, Rewe, Aldi and Lidl in 5 minutes! The daylight bathroom (7 sqm) with shower and tub in timeless black and white has two sinks with large mirrors and enough storage space for 4 people. There is a hairdryer, towels and shower towels (1 set/person). The duvets and pillows are freshly covered. Our utility room with washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board is at your disposal.
