Cozy loft on the most charming street in the Historic Center of Petrópolis, Rua 16 de Março. 1) Proximity to the main tourist attractions. It is possible to walk to Rua Teresa, Praça da Liberdade, Museu Imperial, Fabrica da Bohemia, Palácio de Cristal, Catedral de São Pedro de Alcântara and more. 2) Availability of shops, malls, restaurants, pharmacies, markets, bakeries and bars. 3) Quiet apartment. Ideal for couples or business travel. The space Great location! Newly renovated, the apartment has a great hot shower, comfortable bed and new, soft bed and bath linens. We also offer basic cooking utensils such as cutlery, plates, cups, glasses and bowls. The small kitchen has a minibar, cooktop, microwave, cabinet and dining table with two seats. The bedroom has a double bed, TV (not smart), closet, armchair, Wi-Fi. :) Guest access Guest access will be granted with the owners' permission. Other things to note 1) The space is not shared. We rent the entire space to the group. 2) We offer extra cleaning, with change of bed and bath linens. The request must be made at least 48 hours in advance and has an additional cost. 3) For security reasons, we request the full name and CPF/ID of the guests. Visitors are not allowed. 4) We do not authorize extra visits to the apartment, other than the guests themselves. 5) Early check-in or check-out after standard hours is at the owner's discretion and subject to availability. Additional charges apply. 6) We offer self check-in and self check-out. 7) We do not have parking spaces.
