We can accommodate 16 people and 3 infants. 4 double beds 7 single beds + 1 extra bed. Ideal for rest, holidays, family or friends gathering but ESSENTIAL RESPECT FOR neighbors in terms of noise and music. Events and parties not allowed. Reservation 2 nights minimum. Petanque balls. Linens and linens provided. 2 fireplaces, wood provided. Le Prieuré is accessible to Persons with Reduced Mobility. (3.5 ha) House access for people with reduced mobility. SOME RULES FOR THE POOL. From June to mid-September, we make our family pool available to our guests, located about 100 m away, in the neighboring property. You can access it outside of meal times, i.e. from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. We may be there too. To access it, take the small path that leaves the property of the Priory of Martinières and immediately on the right, take the dirt road, then you will see on your left a small green gate that leads you to the pool. This is secured by a barrier. Always keep an eye on your children. Accidents can happen very quickly. Please do not bring food, ice cream, or drinks to the pool or organize an aperitif or sports or musical event or noisy games and thank you in advance for your discretion. Finally, some health rules: do not run to avoid the risk of falls on the stone, or smoke near the pool, or leave your butts in the garden. Do not bring glass or cups. (Risk of broken glass causing foot injuries and cuts or punctures to the pool liner.) No sharp jewelry (earrings). Also, please do not apply too many sun products before swimming, as they deteriorate the water quality. We are happy to host you in this private space, thank you very much for your understanding and discretion and hope you will enjoy this space for its beauty and tranquility. Other things to note We invite you to respect nature and calm. Parties and other events are not permitted. This place is remarkable for its silence, as well as for the songs of the birds. In order to respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors, music is not allowed in the garden. Pets are welcome up to a maximum of 2. We want to keep our house in perfect condition inside and out. This place is privileged by the quality of its park, fields and forest that surround it; this is why we want to preserve it well, without overflows or too much noise pollution. We are lucky to be able to see animals roaming the property at certain times of the day. We are sensitive and respectful of this well-established harmony around the house. This house has been carefully renovated and decorated. We will make sure to leave you a very clean and pleasant space to stay in during your stay. In return, we ask our tenants to return the premises in perfect condition with a properly tidied house. We will welcome you with beds made and towels available. During the summer period (from June to early September), we will make our own swimming pool available to you at certain times (neighboring house 100 m away). At checkout, we'd appreciate it if you could: - remove the linen from the used beds - collect used towels - clean and put away the dishes - empty the dishwasher! - clean the countertops and tables - empty the refrigerator of your groceries - empty your garbage cans - clean the barbecue if used - collect your garbage outside For the rest, our housekeeper will take care of putting everything back in order and cleaning our large house throughout. All these rules of etiquette and respect will help us keep the house in perfect condition to continue to accommodate you in the best conditions. Thank you for your understanding
