The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the Berolina apartment complex and offers space for a maximum of 4 people on approx. 46 m². The entire furnishings are perfectly matched in color and will delight you! In the combined living and sleeping room, you will find a comfortable box spring double bed (180 x 200 cm), a cozy corner sofa, an armchair and a flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen is well equipped and has a dining table where you can comfortably dine with 4 people. The separate bedroom with a French double bed (140 x 200 cm) can accommodate 2 more guests. The interior bathroom with toilet and shower is also bright and modernly furnished. On the furnished balcony you can enjoy the afternoon sun or the sunset and end the day in peace. This apartment leaves nothing to be desired! Two outdoor parking spaces are reserved for you right by the house. The use of the indoor swimming pool, the three communal roof terraces with sea and land views as well as the table tennis room are of course free of charge. You can park your bicycles in one of the 2 basement rooms in house A or in the bicycle room on the ground floor between house A and B. In building D, there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer on floors 1 - 4 (for a fee/coin-operated machines). Please understand that this apartment is a non-smoking home. Pets are not allowed here.
