The house has been completely renovated from an old Asturian village house, which originally had several rooms on the main floor in addition to: a cellar, block, attic and garden. During the renovation of this building, several tiles were found signed by the artisans who used to identify their work. One of them is engraved with the year 1852, so we can approximate the end of the work to that date. Today, La Quintana de Doña Leonor, after its restoration, remains faithful to its traditional style of Asturian mansion but integrating all the comforts of new buildings.
