In Jeanménil, 4 km from Rambervillers, within a 7000 m² enclosed and wooded park with a swimming pool, a Longère at the Résidence du Parc with 3 apartments that are connected from the inside that can accommodate 8 to 16 ideally and a maximum of 18 people. The pool is (open in May). - ALL YEAR ROUND, for 2 NIGHTS, minimum. FOLLOWING the pandemic, we rent the whole house to family or friends. You rent the 3 apartments: the 80 m² "3-star" Canard for 6 to 8 people, the 32 m² "3-star" Ecureuil for 6 people and the 120 m² "4-star" Daim for 6 people, which are connected from the inside for 10 to 16 people. (In summer, about €6 per apartment for the week). - PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, EXCEPT if authorized by the owner and OPTIONAL €19 per pet per day. The swimming pool is heated from 22° to 26°, depending on the weather. DEPOSIT requested by transfer €2000. We do not do guest rooms but seasonal apartment rentals, the 3 apartments are equipped for all meals and a bakery is located 500 m from the rental. Guests of the Résidence du Parc can discreetly enjoy very nice services: green spaces, terraces, barbecues, petanque, ping pong, etc. In summer, you can also enjoy a Heated pool, average 22-26° 14 m by 6 m with its 40 m² Pool-House: covered terrace, cloakroom, shower and toilet and access is included for rentals, (open from May, depending on the weather and until the end of September). It takes a minimum temperature of 23° during the day and 9° at night, to be able to open the pool in MAY and heat it. Pool towels are not provided.
