Enjoy our newly renovated happy place on scenic Lake Brownwood just 2 hours from Chicago. Three king bedrooms comfortably sleep 6. Walk 30 steps to the clean, spring-fed lake. Wade, float or swim - water starts ankle deep. Waterfront dock features four Adirondack chairs offering tranquility. Less than 10 mins to downtown PawPaw with restaurants, wineries, movie theater, Walmart & grocery store. Full kitchen with separate dining area & two living spaces. Kayaks, cornhole & board games. The space 2 floor home with incredible outdoor waterfront space include: First floor: Sunroom facing Lake Brownwood, large family room, dining room for six with a lake view, a small outdoor porch, full kitchen, half bath, and laundry. Second floor: 3 bedrooms with king beds (2 with lake views), full bath, and small reading area. Note: a spiral staircase connects the two floors. Outdoor area: A patio with a dining table for 5, 4 lounge chairs, gas and charcoal Weber grills, a smokeless, Solo Stove fire pit with four Adirondack chairs, a sturdy dock complete with steps into water and a 40’ end of dock platform with four Adirondack chairs facing beautiful Lake Brownwood (best seats in the house!). Guest access Guests have sole access to the home during their stay. Shed and some cabinets with owner’s items will be locked. We kindly ask that any personal items (clothes, etc.) be left in place. Other things to note Please note that the two floors are connected with a spiral staircase.
