Old 19th century farm with Spa & Games Room

Welcome to our former 19th century farmhouse ideally located overlooking the village of Saint Avit Senieur with its UNESCO World Heritage abbey. The vacation rental is equipped with a hot tub, a games room (foosball, table tennis, and pool table), 8 bicycles, and for babies: a crib with bars, a high chair, a changing mat, a baby bathtub, a sandbox, a swing, and a bicycle with a baby carrier. Optional: - Linen: €15/bed + €10/person (towel set) - Cleaning fee: €100 The space The cottage is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - the kitchen with a table for 8 people and a period fireplace incorporating a stove with wood available equipped with a dishwasher - the living room with sofas for 8 people - the cellar with washing machine, dryer - a toilet Upstairs, - a master bedroom with its bathroom + shower with 1 double bed (140 x 190) - a large bedroom, equipped with 2 double beds (140 x 190) + a baby crib - a spacious bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and toilet - the mezzanine above the living room with 1 FUTON bed for 2 people 160 x 190 The gîte has a cellar where 8 bicycles are stored (4 adult bicycles + 4 children's bicycles of different sizes + 1 tricycle) On the south side is teak garden furniture for 8 people with barbecue A secure enclosed space at the back of the cottage has a 2nd garden furniture and a 2nd barbecue.
