The space Nestled privately among trees and set-up to accommodate up to 4 people each (2 adults+2 children), our 2 tiny homes on river side have an unique atmosphere with a tasteful combination of modern furniture. Stay with us and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside on your doorstep. In our studio type tiny home with a bathroom, functional kitchenette and lounge with sofa bed you can easily sleep a couple and two children. They are equipped with all you may need for weekend or longer break. Supported by cross beams and accessed by a staircase, the mezzanine level offers an effective solution to increase floor space within the house and constructs an extra room necessary for sleep. Futon beds (2 quality mattresses 100 x 200 cm each) on the mezzanine level will take care of your sleep. They can be easily arranged as one king size or 2 single beds. Two wall mounted extractor fans (26 dB and 13 dB) care for fresh air intake under the roof and room ventilation. The tiny bathroom (2.6 m2) with shower cabin (90 cm), sink and WC has all the things that you need in a bathroom. In the lounge area there is a coffee table and a completely equipped kitchenette. Relax in sofa and browse through YouTube or Amazon Prime TV. In case of rainy day there are mini library and some table games available (playing cards, circus etc.) Each tiny home has its own parking for 2 cars and a vast private territory with seating and dining area. Laptop users will certainly appreciate electric outlet on the front porch. Free WiFi is available both indoor and outdoor and covers whole area. Guest access The total green territory which stays at your disposal and is bordered by Age river and a small quiet local street is about 1500 m2. It is divided into active and passive area keeping in mind both privacy and different interests of the guests. Guests can use barbecue, and enjoy big open air fire pit with sitting area, dartboard and badminton. All you need to take with you is food and firewood. There are also other sitting/relaxing areas available throughout the territory. Feel free to use any of our hammocks and enjoy the sounds of nature. Shared facilities include an auxiliary room with all necessary laundry accessories (washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner etc. ) It is situated on the back porch of 1st house, and can be used out of quiet/sleeping hours. For fishing fans there is a choice between the river and private fishing pond within 20 minutes walk. Children will like Frisbee and our mini playground with sand. For the small ones there are different toy boxes with soft toys available on a laundry shelf. Other things to note Our guests will highly appreciate our mosquitoes free area thanks to mosquito trap from Sweden. We have it for 10 seasons and it really works. At Summerhome you do not need any repellent sprays or other anti mosquito stuff. You can spend all evening outside without having annoying battle with mosquitoes. We have all necessary office equipment available. There is no problem if you forgot to print out your boarding cards or need access to laptop to do some urgent work.
