From the sofa and the balcony you have a wonderful view of the village with the surrounding mountains, in the evening on the illuminated Glockenberg. In the right weather, you can marvel at the starry sky. The space The living room is bright, modern and functional. The central piece of furniture is the pull-out sofa. The round dining table offers space for shared meals. The large TV has satellite reception and is ready for entertainment and cozy evenings. Wi-Fi is available, but not sufficient for streaming services. The bathroom has a window, shower, sink, toilet, bathroom furniture. The kitchen is open directly adjacent, equipped with a 2-burner ceramic hob and for convenience with a mini dishwasher and sufficient dishes. The bedroom is an enclosed room with a new and comfortable double bed 180 x 200. The sunny balcony is fantastically beautiful with a distant view. You can get rental linen for 12.50 euros per person. The tourist tax is included in the nightly rate. If you bring your own bed linens and towels, please think of a sheet 180 x 200. A parking space is right in front of the house, marked "Deppe." The key is handed over independently of time via a key safe. I will contact you with the information before arrival. Check-in is possible after 3 pm by default. Check out is at 11 am. By arrangement and if new guests do not arrive in the evening, you can stay longer on the day of departure. We know ourselves how stressed you are on the last day of vacation from the early checkout ;). So you can take a little hike until the afternoon. We expect our guests to handle our dear little apartment with care. Please empty the trash cans, put away the dishes, empty the dishwasher, leave no leftovers in the refrigerator and please notify us of any broken items. Other things to note An information folder is available for guests. Check-in is done using a key safe. The visitor's tax is 3 euros per person per day and is included in the overnight rate. Final cleaning included in the price. Linen packages with towels, bed linen and kitchen towels can be rented for 12.50 euros per person. Please indicate this when booking. If you have your own linen, you need a sheet 180 x 200.
