Are you coming to Antwerp for a weekend or longer with family or friends? Are you a group of at least 6 and at most 10 people? Do you want to explore Antwerp from a quiet street with private parking for 3 cars? Do you like coziness and do you need a lot of space and all comfort? Then you are very welcome in our house. (We are in a residential area with nice neighbors, so unfortunately we cannot accept groups of partying young people.) See you soon! The space Our house has 3 levels. Level 1: - large dining room with sitting area - separate kitchen - Large private terrace (at the back) - first bedroom for 2 - a private bathroom with 1 sink, shower and a separate toilet Level 2: - two large bedrooms separated by a curtain - sitting area, kitchenette - bathroom with 1 sink, shower, bath and a separate toilet Level 3: - 2 large separate bedrooms - sitting area - Kitchenette - Bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and a separate toilet - This level has air conditioning WHAT YOU GET AND WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: - 3 parking spaces in the underground garage next to the house - Private terrace - choice of single or double beds - Fresh bedding (beds are already made) - 1 shower towel per guest - All kitchen utensils and plenty of pots and pans - dishwasher cubes, dishwashing product, kitchen towels - semi-professional coffee machine with coffee beans and 3 appliances for Nespresso caps Guest access The day before your arrival, you will receive the access code for the house and the parking lot. In the central corridor, you take the stairs to the right. This staircase is the only access to the house. From the first floor, all levels are exclusively for you. We live in the back house. This loft building is completely separate from the house where you are staying. Other things to note In recent years, we have already had many groups of friends and families over, all of them pleasant experiences. However, we have chosen - also for the sake of our dear neighbors - that we do not accept groups of partying young people. Thank you for your understanding.
