This third floor apartment "Oporto Cheers Gaia", with pleasant views and a garden, can provide you with an excellent stay in Gaia, at any time of year. It is located next to most of Porto's Port Wine Cellars. This apartment is a 10-minute walk from Cais de Gaia (down Rua Serpa Pinto where the Port Wine cellars are located), in front of the port of Porto (Ribeira), just 500 meters. The Douro River connects the pier to the D. Luiz I iron bridge, on foot, by car, bus, train and metro. The space In the bedroom of this apartment "Oporto Cheers Gaia" located in the historic center of Gaia, on the third floor, you will find a King Size bed, a large wardrobe for your clothes and suitcases and a chair, two 2x2 meter shutters and electric blinds and lace curtains. Silent at night, you will have the feeling of being in the middle of a rustic countryside. If you open the blinds you will see a garden, with garden tables and chairs, which you can enjoy eating breakfast or dinner, prepared in this room. The lounge and dining room has a granite table and 4 chairs, a sofa bed, facing a large window, and a television. There is electric oil heating in winter and fans in summer. It should be noted that the sofa bed has the following dimensions: 1.92mts x 1.13mts, so one adult or 2 small children can comfortably sleep there, but we do not accept 2 adults or 2 grown children. Please bear this in mind before booking. Parking for cars on the street is paid, but it's free on perpendicular and side streets (at a distance of 80 meters). Access to the apartment is via a staircase (3rd floor). Guests can access, with complete autonomy, all parts of the apartment space. The gardens are shared between the other 2 apartments (that we also rent to tourists) in the same building. An important rule is that guests respect neighbors and do not cause problems or conflicts with them, especially when sharing the gardens. Guest access To access to the apartment "Oporto Cheers Gaia" is via a staircase (3rd floor , 50 steps). Guests can access, with full autonomy, all parts of the apartment space. The gardens are shared between 2 other apartments in the same building. Other things to note It is included in the price, sheets and bath towels, kitchen essentials, and cleaning at end of the stay. Wireless internet is also included. The baby Cot has an additional price of €6 per night if requested. If the booking is for 2 people, we will not supply any bedlinen for the sofa-bed as we will take into consideration that it is a couple. If you pretend to use the sofa bed, you will have to tell us in advance and we will have to charge an extra 6€ per night for the use of it.
