We welcome you to our "holiday cabin" style house in the heart of the Sine Saloum in a site of great beauty. The large studio space can accommodate 1 couple with 2 children and 2 additional bedrooms with bathroom each can accommodate 4 additional people. Set on 1400 m2 of land on the waterfront, you will enjoy our private pontoon. An invitation to let go and enjoy a unique experience in the heart of the magnificent Sine Saloum nature reserve. The space Do you like simplicity? The cabin spirit of a seaside vacation? You adapt to the essentials and basic comfort, our accommodation is for you! Capacity: up to 6 people and 2 to 3 children. Several possibilities according to your budget and number of people are offered to you! You can rent either the studio part for 1 couple and 2 children, or the entire house which has 2 more bedrooms. The studio: ideal for 1 couple and 2 children! or 4 girlfriends!! You have access to the large studio composed of: 1 equipped kitchenette (fridge bar, 4-burner gas hob, sink, dishes and equipment for small kitchen and breakfast) 1 bedroom area with 1 double bed of 1.80 m 1 living room area with 2 bench beds for possibly 2 children. 1 outdoor veranda 1 garden of 1400 m2 1 private dock there you check 2 people and you will have access to this large room, however you will have to tell us if we prepare 1, 2 or 3 beds. To benefit from the entire house, you will have to check 5 or 6 people and the price will therefore be higher. Our solar installation is recent, strengthening the energy capacity of the house. Possibility to recharge 4 laptops at the same time during the day, in the evening 10 LED bulbs can work, 1 mini-fridge, 3 fans at half their power or 2 at most, 1 laptop to recharge during the day from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. To maintain optimal use of the batteries, we thank our visitors for respecting the energy capacity mentioned above. Regarding water, there is running drinking water in Mar Lodj but for several years water supply works have been underway and sometimes water cuts are possible. To remedy this, we have installed a water reserve on the roof and another 2000 L very recently on the ground to make sure you always have tap water. Nevertheless, a full water tank is at your disposal. Ernest, who is on site, ensures that our visitors lack nothing.
