"Chapter 1" adjoining studio

My place is close to Chartres and the Eure Royal Valley (Versailles 70 km and Paris 80 km), family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the relaxation area, the large comfortable bed, the brightness, the outdoor spaces, and the heated pool. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). PS: The accommodation is adjoining Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 The space Nice furnished cottage, contemporary in a flowery and green setting. You will have at your disposal a large living room, composed of an open kitchen, a bathroom/toilet and a relaxation area with TV and sofa bed, Wi-Fi. Upstairs is a bright mezzanine furnished with a queen bed. Guest access Swimming pool (deckchairs), garden, barbecue, petanque, children's games (trampoline, swing), table tennis and board games. Use of the swimming pool will only be possible from 10am to noon and from 3pm to 7pm. During your stay We are on site in the main house located at the same address. Other things to note We have 3 adjoining and independent studios that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children each.
