Country House La Giravolta - Apartment CINQUE

Cinque is a spacious 2-room apartment (56m2) located on the 1st floor of the former hay barn. Through the private entrance on the ground floor you enter the spacious living room / kitchen. The apartment has 1 bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The space Apartment Cinque is part of La Giravolta, our country house in the Le Marche region in central Italy. Half an hour from the Adriatic coast and half an hour from the mountains, ideal! Since 2010 we have been renting out our holiday apartments here with great pleasure. In total we rent 5 spacious, bright and very fully equipped apartments. All apartments have a private balcony / outdoor terrace. Apartment Cinque has a balcony with a dining table and chairs and in the garden next to the apartment a piece of private garden with a table and chairs and two sunbeds. In addition, there is a spacious communal garden with olive trees, cypresses, many flowering plants and of course a swimming pool (14 by 6) surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers and parasols. You can visit us all year round. In the summer the weather is always lovely and there is plenty to do in the villages and towns in the area. There are many restaurants and some good wineries just a few kilometers from La Giravolta. Le marche is not only a beautiful summer destination, also in the autumn when there are plenty of wine and truffle festivals and wonderful walks, and in spring when nature is budding and the temperature is often already very pleasant, it's great to have a holiday here! In total we have 5 apartments, 3 located on the ground floor and the first/second floor, and 2 on the attic floors of the main house and the outbuilding. The apartments on the attic floors both have 1 bedroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed and a private outdoor area. The apartments on the ground floor all have a private terrace. Two of these apartments have 2 bedrooms and 1 apartment has 3 bedrooms. In the summer there are mosquito nets above all the beds and there are fans in the bedrooms.
