Brand-new nice quiet room/house on the countryside. The house has 2 rooms that are rented out separately. If both rooms are rented out, you will share kitchen and bath with other tenant. Cosy livingroom with sofas. Private code lock on each door. Washing machine and dishwasher. The bus takes you to the center of Roskilde in 10-15 min where you'll find museums, restaurants, nightclubs etc (5 min by car) There are 2 bicycles to borrow (deposit needed). Free parking Other things to note The building is brand new, build in 2021. If the other room is not rented out you will not have to share bath and kitchen.
