The villa is the best choice for large groups or for families! The space The villa is actually two independent attached houses that you can rent as one! It is a two story building in the total of 180 sq. meters and furnished in a modern and minimal style, it can accommodate 12 people in beds. Staying in our villa offers you the advantage of both having vacations with friends and having your private place for you and your own family at the same time. The villa is located only 2 km away from the sandy beach of Souda and 3 km away from lively area of Plakias with shops and markets. Totally isolated but close to everything, our villa offers a variety of facilities for the whole family. Layout Entering each building, on the first floor there is a spacious open plan area which consisting of the living room with 45’’ smart TV with Netflix and Bluetooth speaker, the indoor dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures. From the living room area there is a direct access to the veranda with outdoor dining table. There is also a WC with shower. In addition, on the top of the living room area there is a loft which has 2 single beds, which can also be joined together to form a double bed if needed. Reaching the ground floor from stairs, guests can find the 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool and barbecue area. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has 2 single beds, which can also be joined together to form a double bed based on your preferences. That means you will stay in a villa with 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, 4 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and 2 lofts, having enough space and facilities for everyone! Outdoor area The spacious, beautifully landscaped, 400 sq.m. outdoor area of Villa Stone Thromila offers a variety of facilities which include:
 -A private, 35 sq.m. swimming pool where you can enjoy the stunning sea views from. The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice. -The pool terrace is furnished with sun beds, outdoor swing, an outdoor shower and umbrellas for relaxing in the pool terrace and the balconies. -Fully equipped, shaded, outdoor barbecue facilities with sink and small fridge. -A shaded al fresco dining area under the pergola. -A ping pong table -Parking space for several inside the Villa premises -The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering 100% privacy and safety to our guests! ** Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
