7 bedrooms and two 3/4 baths. Sleeps 15+. Large eat in kitchen. Great for a large group or family. 3 miles from Hunter Mountain. Electric fireplace and 47 inch TV in main LR. DVD player, WiFi and internet. Due to a recent law enacted by the town of Tannersville NY, which imposes a significant tax (ie. money grab) on short term rentals, rental of this property can only be for 30 days or more. The space The house (located on Tannersville - Elka Park border) is large with plenty of room and sleeping for a large party. 3 floors. 5 bedrooms on second floor, 2 bedrooms on 3rd floor. On approximately 1 acre of property the neighbors are not too close, not too far. One mile from Main Street in Tannersville NY, 3 miles from Hunter Mountain and a few more miles to Wyndham NY. Guest access The entire house is available for rent to one party/group at a time. I do not reside in the home. This is a summer/winter vacation house and is used by family and friends occasionally. Other things to note Located near the home is North-South Lake, a NYS campground with kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, fishing trails, etc. (good for summertime fun). The home is 3 miles from Hunter Mountain ski slopes and 10 minutes more to Wyndham Mountain. Home is one mile off of Main Street in Tannersville.
