A luxury apartment on two floors has been created from the former farmhouse with stables. The combination of sustainable, ecological building materials from the surrounding area (wood, slate, stoneware, crystals) was combined with high-quality contemporary standards and design. The bedroom with a king-size bed, a custom-made product made of solid oak wood, impresses with the view over the balcony with the classic "Sauerland window" into the land of 1000 mountains. The large living room with open kitchen and large parlor – dining area, reading corner with massage – recliner and access to an outdoor terrace with separate seating area - to enjoy breakfast directly with a view of the valley - the mixture of originality with exposure of the old city wall and coziness through the restoration of the old oak beams combined with modern kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. From the living area with large Chesterfield sofa (sleeping function), armchair, oak relief, and pellet stove you can also access the large covered balcony, also with seating for four people. The special highlight of the apartment "Eiche" is the huge wellness bathroom on the first floor with access to the XXL sun terrace (additional guest toilet on the upper floor).
