The en-suite bathroom has a bath and separate shower. If booking as a single person and you would like a guest to stay the night, please let us know and a fee of £20 per extra person per night will be payable. Early check in, or late check out may be available for a small fee, please ask for details. Please let us know of any pet urine accidents, however small, as they will need special cleaning treatment. We are sorry, that any stains which can't be removed may have to be charged for. Winter Stays The area in the barn where food can be prepared is not heated and therefore this listing is not suitable for long stay Winter bookings. Other things to note A recent review notes that we only provide a single douvet for single guests. However, we now provide a double douvet for single guests. We also now provide shampoo and the curtain has been mended ! As mentioned in the listing, you will have use of a private outside area at the back of the barn. We are sorry that the garden you will walk through to the barn entrance is not for guests. In very cold weather and if you will be in all day, there will be an extra charge of £5 a day for the extra heater. Please let us know before you leave if there have been any spillages, stains or accidents, otherwise they may have to be charged for. Please note that mobile signals may be weak or you may not be able to get one in the barn, however WiFi is good. Please let us know if extra guests would like to park their car nearby. (Pet fee is per animal per trip, bringing more than 1 pet, please pay £5 extra, per night on arrival Dogs are NOT allowed on the beds, armchairs or furniture. September 2018 Absolute paradise in the Surrey hills. This is a rural oasis and is great if you enjoy being surrounded by wildlife and beautiful countryside. There are horses, sheep, cattle and pheasants. The garden walls which are made from the local stone. These along with the old timber barns and two apple trees frame the old farmhouse. There are many footpaths and bridleways in the area for walkers to enjoy. These start from the lane outside the house which is not busy. So there is no need to travel far from the house for a relaxing stay. Guildford is only 10 minutes away by car and other walks along the river and canal at Shalford are minutes away. There are many pubs in the area for lunch and dinner. The Grantly Arms at Wonersh is nearby and particularly good. Ali and her husband are excellent hosts and made us most welcome.?.....Foreign visitors will experience a bit of England's green and pleasant land. We hope to be back soon.
