Description
Make yourself comfortable in the former servants' house of Diersfordt Castle on the beautiful Lower Rhine. Baron Alexander Hermann von Wylich had it built about 250 years for the servants of the castle. In the entrance area, you will find the old pebble floor, which was laid in a herringbone pattern. However, you do not have to give up comfort. The house has 135 square meters and was completely renovated in 2019. The space The spacious, listed house houses a total of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens and a beautiful, large living-dining area for cozy evenings with up to 6 people. The rooms are divided as follows: Ground floor - a double room (160 x 200 cm bed) - spacious living/dining area - kitchen with counter to the dining area - Shower bath - cozy entrance with info and reading corner Top floor - an apartment, with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and crib (70 x 150 cm) small kitchen and private bathroom with shower - a double room with a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and private shower room The house also includes two terraces and a garden with a bicycle garage (space for 3-4 bikes). Guest access The entrance is on Mühlenfeldstraße (L480). House number 1 is in the front yard. Another entrance is on the back of the house, where you will also find the bicycle garage and the car parking spaces. Other things to note The house is aimed at holiday guests. It is not suitable as a fitter's accommodation.
