The Maid’s Quarters offers total privacy for extended stay lodging near State College, Pennsylvania. With its own separate entrance, this 900-square-foot apartment has a kitchen with appliances and tableware, a spacious bathroom with a combination tub and shower, as well as on-site laundry facilities. The dining and living room area is surrounded with windows on three sides, giving guests lots of sunlight and a beautiful view of the native pollinator gardens in the backyard. A full futon sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space for our guests traveling with kids. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed, as well as a large closet to accommodate guests who plan to stay for a while. We gladly welcome your furry family members in this room for a small fee. Maximum Occupancy: 4 Adults. The Maid’s Quarters is located on the 2nd floor with its own private entrance and porch.
