The house has 2 bedrooms and a living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area. During the warmer months you can relax in the communal barbecue area in the courtyard. Smoking is not allowed inside. The space The house is located in the old part of the town – Kulata (The Tower) district, just below Tyulbe Park – at 50 min from the Thracian Tomb and 10 min walk from the centre of the town. We have taken care to ensure you will not miss athing during your stay here – weoffer what we want to get when we go somewhere. At your disposal is a fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker (with coffee available) for the espresso lovers who may drink it in the morning, at the garden, enjoying the songs of the birds from the nearby park. The house is well insulated and keeps cool in the summer and warm in the winter. During the summer season the mineral water park in the village of Ovoshtnik and the pool of ZornitsaHotel located nearby may be used. We are at the disposal of our guests for any assistance to make their stay in the citypleasant. If you need a transfer from another place in Bulgaria, we will assist you in the best conditions. We can organize excursions to nearby places and sights. Renovating this house and making it a cozy place was my dream that has already come true. My wish is for all guests to fill comfortable and happy during their stay here. My main occupation is related to computer work and creating 'beauty' in the house's garden is a real joy for me.
