This season, only one private wellness apartment with 1 room, with a private pool and a private wellness room used only by guests, is open for reservations. The apartment is located within a landscaped area of 1300 m², surrounded by greenery, with a well-maintained grassy area and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. In addition, guests have private parking, and the entire property is located in a quiet neighborhood, without noise and crowds, but at the same time very close to all important amenities. Just a few minutes' drive separates you from the city of Varaždin, a pearl of baroque architecture and cultural heritage. Varaždin is known for its charming old town, the Stari grad fortress, numerous museums, restaurants, festivals and a relaxed atmosphere. Near the accommodation there is also a shopping center with shops, supermarkets and cafes, which further facilitates your stay. This accommodation is ideal for couples, families or small groups who want a vacation in luxury, peace and nature - with all the amenities at their fingertips. The villa has several entrances and each entrance is private. We as hosts do not use or share with guests any space or amenities.
