The house is 500 meters from the ocean in the middle of the pines. Two terraces allow you to enjoy the outdoors, one with a summer kitchen, equipped with a plancha and an oven. The house has a living room with lounge and American kitchen. Ideal house for a family or a stay with friends. Vehicle traffic in the subdivision is limited by a code barrier. The minimum rental period is 14 days in July and August from Saturday to Saturday. The space Very well equipped house, all the essentials for a pleasant stay.
