This romantic , peaceful retreat is its own private space, with entrance and courtyard. It is stylish, cosy and comfortable This period property has beautiful views over the large garden which often displays a beautiful sun set .You may well be treated to the church bells or deer, green woodpeckers and rabbits in the garden . It is very popular for that special occasion celebration or a quiet escape, away from it all. Historic Lincoln is only a short drive away and there is also a village pub The space The bedroom has a king size bed , tv with remote, hairdryer, a large free standing mirror , clothes rail and drawer space. It has double doors leading out into the courtyard. The en-suite has large walk in shower , wc hand basin and hooks to hang towels which are provided. Shampoo conditioner and shower gel is also provided. There is a kitchen / diner / sitting area approx 16 x 12 ‘ , oozing character with a vaulted ceiling and old exposed beams . It has a solid light oak wood floor . The facilities include an oven, a two ring induction hob, fridge, microwave , kettle, toaster, a centre island to eat at and everything required utensils wise, to function in a kitchen . The sitting area has a sofa , smart TV and a log burner style fire. There is access to a private courtyard and there are views through large doors of a stunning garden .The garden is strictly private but there are doors opening on to it with a patio set to enjoy the view with a sundowner Guest access Please come up the middle path towards the front door and the barn is tucked away around the left hand side of the house. Other things to note I do prefer guests to park in front of my house on the quiet road as it restricts access in the drive. The patio to the garden is for guest use but the garden itself is strictly private to give you and me privacy .
