Private spa with separate bedroom

The guest room, together with the relaxation area, forms a private and complete accommodation with a very high coziness factor. Perfect to arrive at a filled bath and hot sauna after a day in town, Kolmården or work. The space The property includes two newly renovated separate spaces in the souterrain floor facing the backyard. The spaces are not shared during the visit, but are exclusively disposed of. The bedroom is about 9m2 and houses a bunk bed with a bed of 160cm and overlap of 120cm. There's also a TV, armchair, and a smaller relief table. The relaxation area is 30 m2 and includes a large corner sofa with table and kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. Furthermore, there is a TV, hot tub, sauna, showers and changing/toilet. We provide bed linens, bath towels and slippers. If necessary, there is a travel bed and high chair. Charging of electric cars SEK 3/kWh Guest access Guests have their own entrance to the room and relaxation area. Access is provided via your own code (YaleDoorman). Please note that you need to walk a few meters outdoors between the spaces. Other things to note No smoking on the entire property. Parking is on the street outside the house (green panel with tiled roof) We can of course arrange for the swimming pool and sauna to be ready upon arrival. Please indicate this at the time of booking. For multi-day stays, we need information on an ongoing basis on how you want to use the relaxation area. This is because it takes time to fill and heat up the bath. To pass between the bedroom and the relaxation area, you need to walk a few meters outdoors. The TVs are controlled only with Chromecast. No cable/fiber is available. No visitors, other than those booked, are welcome in the property. Electric car charging for an extra separate fee.
