Several private decks and veranda’s allow visitors their own private space to read a book or enjoy the views and sounds of the mighty Ocean. The property has direct access to a lovely wide beach with rock pools for the kids at low tide. The house is ideal for in-door-out-door living and is well equipped. There are 3 lounges, a pool room with seating area, guest loo, dining facilities for indoor or al-fresco dining, an excellently equipped kitchen and 5 bedroom serviced by 5 bathrooms, which sleep 10 guests comfortably. This home is set in lush gardens with a small lawn at the bottom of the property to kick a ball or for children to play. The house is serviced, has DSTV & WI-FI, 1 Garage and additional secure parking with-in the property for 2 – 3 cars. The property is secured by gates, fencing, beams and armed response. It has a Weber for braai-ing, a pool with a net, a games room and laundry with washing machine & tumble dryer. Kitchen: microwave, gas hob, a large side by side fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, electric eye level oven and all crockery and cutlery. Provided for Load-shedding: gas hob, solar geysers and invertor for lights and plugs. All bedrooms have built-in cupboards, ceiling fans and hangers. All linen, bath and beach towels are provided. Bathrooms are serviced by solar geysers. 5 bedrooms 5 bathrooms: Main bedroom with queen bed, opens onto a deck and is on-suite with basin, toilet, bath and shower. Second bedroom with 2x single beds is on-suite with shower, basin, toilet. Third bedroom has a double bed with bath, toilet, basin. Forth bedroom has a Queen bed with on-suite shower, toilet, basin, bath. Fifth bedroom has 2x single beds and is on-suite with shower, basin, toilet. Pets allowed by prior arrangement and owners approval at the owners discretion. This house is not suitable for small children. Small children must be watched at all time.
