Dining table & chairs, ceiling fan. Living room with Natuzzi leather sofa and loveseat Bell ExpressVu satellite TV. Free wireless high-speed internet. Patio with BBQ, propane included. Sandy beach and crystal clear water. No mud, no weeds, no rocks, gradual shallow entry. The space Completely equipped kitchen, including full size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, pots and pans, plates, glassware and cutlery. A ceiling fan, dining table. Two queen-size beds and ceiling fans. 3-piece bathroom. Patio with BBQ, propane included. Picnic bench, fire pit, and four Muskoka chairs. Guest access During your stay, we invite you to soak up the sun on one of our two docks (Shared docks), Use of paddle boats and two canoes, free of charge. Canoes must be placed on the rack upon returning. Not allowed to be left on the beach. Must wear life jackets whenever canoes or a paddle boat are used. Other things to note We require appropriate documents, a driver's license, or a document with a photo ID upon checking in. No Loud Noise after 11:00 pm. Pet Policy: We allow one small, nonshedding dog. The pet policy applies to dogs only – cats or other pets are never allowed. Every pet (even a visiting pet) must be disclosed Smoking is NOT permitted inside or on the docks. Fines will apply. This includes tobacco, marijuana, and any smoking materials. Should you decide to smoke inside, Charges of $1000.00 will apply for cleaning and loss of income for the next guests. Leave the rental cottage the same way you found it. A Cleaning fee will apply if we have to clean the cottage and put clean, dry dishes away. Discard garbage. Ensure you leave it in the same condition as you found it. Respect the septic system. Do not flush anything but toilet paper Absolutely No Oil or Coffee grounds, food particles in the sink. Please dispose of oil in the supplied jars underneath the sink. No cigarette butts on the ground. Please use the supplied ashtrays. No garbage of any kind on the ground, such as beer caps, food scraps, or nut shells, will attract unwanted visitors…. Please keep the screen door closed at all times to prevent squirrels and chipmunks from entering. No feeding squirrels, ducks, etc... Blue Box is supplied to recycle: glass, paper, plastic, etc… Canoe, plastic, beer cans, food leftovers, or any other material, other than firewood Please don't forget to bring the following when you come to the cottage: Blankets, Sheets, pillowcases, Towels, Dish Towels, Toiletries, Fishing Licenses, and life Jackets.
