A five minute drive will bring you to Whiteface Mountain, home of the largest vertical drop in the East and home to skiing events from the 1980 Winter Olympics in Lake Placid. Our home has everything you need for a quiet or adventurous getaway to the mountains. The home offers a four bedrooms and is child friendly. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and two decks where you can relax and enjoy the view, peace and seclusion. ** FOR WINTER GUESTS: We HIGHLY recommend an AWD or 4WD drive vehicle to come up the driveway. We have a gravel driveway that becomes snow packed for most of the winter season. We keep it plowed, but the winding uphill slope will be difficult in snowy conditions**
