Luxury unit, largest at the Cliff Club, a modern luxury skiing paradise. The 1,680 sq ft. unit includes 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, private laundry, as well as a private balcony overlooking the beautiful snowbird resort. Location is ideal, including ski-in, ski-out, and a private hot tub on the picturesque balcony. Enjoy a week of Utah’s “BEST SNOW ON EARTH” in this RCI-designated Gold Crown condo. Please note that this unit is only available the weeks of February 14-28, 2020. No other weeks are available. The three bedroom unit includes 2 master bedrooms, which include a King bed, as well as a Queen sofa bed (sleeps 4). The master bedrooms include a small refrigerator, sink and microwave. Located in-between the individual bedrooms is the great room, which also functions as a kitchenette, dining and living room, with a sofa bed (sleeps 2). Along with incredible entertainment space, is a full bathroom and an adjoining balcony and hot tub. The unit also includes washers and dryers. There are lockouts on all of the rooms, as well as full bathrooms located in all three sections. The units are furnished in mission style with Persian rugs throughout. Housekeeping services are provided at mid-week and end of stay. The rental includes a 1 week membership at the Cliff Spa which includes a rooftop pool, hot tub, and sauna, with additional fee-based services offered including massage, hair cuts, etc. There are several terrific restaurants, or you can cook in the full kitchenette. If you plan to cook, just shop in Sandy before going up the mountain. You can hike down to 'General Grits' in the Snowbird Center for sundries. The Snowbird resort is in the Wasatch-Cache National Forest in Little Cottonwood Canyon. It is about one mile down-canyon from the Alta resort and has an typical annual snowfall of 500 inches. It has a vertical drop of 3240 ft. The skiable area (not including Alta) is 2500 acres. There are 89 runs with roughly 27% Beginner runs, 38% Intermediate runs, and 35% advanced runs. Alta is easily accessible for those who prefer ski-only (no snow boards) and more beginner/easier intermediate trails. When we receive your deposit we will transfer our reservation to you and you will receive written confirmation of the reservation from Snowbird. Feel free to call the Snowbird central reservation number to learn what rate you would have to pay to book a 'Pinnacle Two-Bedroom Condo' through the resort during this prime week (their rates vary depending on the week you want -- just like the airlines). The hotel is typically 95% full during prime weeks.
