A comfortable house with a private pool and hot tub, exclusively for up to 15 guests, located in the village of Futoma (Matulnik), 20 km from Rzeszów. It is close to the Nature Reserve and cycling trail. This is a perfect place for a family retreat or a peaceful getaway with friends, surrounded by nature. Kitchen is fully equipped. Hot tub for an additional fee. The area is surrounded by fields and forests, offering peace, quiet, and birdsong during the day, and a sky full of stars at night. The space On our property, there are two houses (one for rent and the other used by our family), separated by a comfortable gazebo and a private pool measuring 6m x 3.2m with a depth of 1.5m (available during the summer season from June to September). The hot tub is available year-round for an additional fee. Near the pool, you'll find chairs, loungers, and an umbrella to protect you from excessive sun. The property is fenced, and there are parking spaces available on-site. Upon entering the house, you’ll be surprised by the cozy interior of the living room, which is connected to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. On the ground floor, there are 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a toilet. Each room has direct access to the outdoors. The living room opens onto a covered terrace with a large table for 12 people, perfect for spending cool evenings outside. There is also a fire pit and a gas grill outside. On the first floor, you'll find the fifth bedroom with 3 single beds, as well as an open space with a double bed and a designated area for remote work and recreation – a bookshelf, board games, and brazilian hanging chairs. Guests have access to the living area, which includes a living room with a dining area, a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances: a coffee machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, and toaster. We provide tableware, glassware, cutlery, cookware, a set of frying pans, necessary kitchen accessories, as well as spices, coffee beans, and tea. Guest access The whole house for exclusive use, terraces and garden with swimming pool, gas barbecue, fireplace is at guests' disposal. Fiber internet with a speed of 100 Mbps is also available. Fenced property with parking in front of the house There is our second house on the property, which is for our private family use (not rented). Other things to note We ask that you strictly adhere to the curfew outside the building and limit noise during the day due to the proximity of the nature reserve
