Big apartment in Kongsberg sentrum

This is a 110 m2 apartment in the senter of Kongsberg. This apartment is on the westside, right next to the university and 10 min walk to the industripark if your in town for work. 5 min drive to the skiresort. Includes a fresh bathroom with hottub, workspace, smarthouse solutions from google, massasjechair, treadmill and fully aqiped kitchen. I partial live in the apartment when i dont rent it out. I store clotes and some stuff in closets. The space This apartment is situated in the old part of the city. The house was buildt in 1780 but is fully updated and modern. in january 2021 i renovated the bathroom with a massagebath. The kitchen is fully aqipted. I got a 4 year old son. His room is not listed, but if you have kids his room can be used for an small extra fee. I have a garage as well but if only fit a small car. For bigger cars it is possible to park in the street. One guestbed, be aware that the livingroom doesnt have curtins that totally blends for light. If one of the guest choose to sleep here. Bring a mask to cover for ligth at nigth for your ovn comfort. 1 Kitchen with jura coffeemashine, microwave, own, google home for music. All nececary aquipment for a modern Kitchen 1 bathroom with a shower and hottub. 1 workspace, broadband. 1 rooftop veranda with a louge furnitures and a hammock chair.
