Apartment by the Sea 2

I am the owner of several apartments in the center of the hamlet of Santa Maria sul Mare and 1/2 minutes on foot from the sea. The subject of the photo is a mezzanine floor in Piazza Andrea Conte, a 1/2-minute walk from the beach and 30 seconds from the pedestrian street. Guarded and reserved car parking service under the house. The accommodation overlooks a beautiful porch equipped to enjoy a nice relaxation. Everything is nearby. It is not allowed to book immediately without first contacting the owner. The space The location is very central to the beaches, shops and parking lots (guarded parking 20 meters away). This apartment stands out from the others we have for the silence and the absence of noise that the location of the house offers even in the middle of summer. The possibility of having lunch/dinner outdoors and being able to read a book in peace is priceless. Guest access Guests must respect the maximum number communicated at the time of booking.
