Privacy and Nature views in coliving!

Hi! Our house is 5 minutes from UFSC, University Hospital, UDESC, Shopping Villa Romana, Supermarkets (Angeloni, Carrefour and others), Bars, Restaurants, Gas Station. Approximately 15 min drive from Lagoa da Conceição. The location is excellent! There are 3 of us in the house and we live in a "Coliving" style; coexistence in the common areas and privacy in the rooms! Our guests are welcome to stay in their rooms or socialize! The space The room has a small table, a large closet with a mirror, a double bed, a dressing table and a hammock in the window (great for watching the sunset!). The bathrooms are shared with the other residents, with a shower upstairs and a toilet in the social area. We have a swimming pool, outdoor area with sofas, large marble dining table, game table, great area to work, socialize, etc! We really like plants, so the backyard is full of them. It even has a small earthworm bin for organic waste and a vegetable garden! The kitchen is well equipped, you can use it, respecting cleanliness after use =) During your stay I'm always in the house to help if you need me! Coliving has three residents, so it is essential to maintain cleanliness and respect! Other things to note House Rules: About TRASH: - You're responsible for your own trash! - Organic waste in the Composter About the KITCHEN: Always wash the dishes you use SOON AFTER USE. Do not let dishes accumulate. Only take what is yours, if you have any questions, ask. Visitors are not allowed.
