Casa Roosevelt family Legoloft with pool

Our house is located 4 min walking from Kortrijk station. We both work and live at home on ground floor and first floor. Our ground floor garden has a heated outdoor pool. Winter +-16 C The Lego Loft (loft but no kitchenette) is on the 3rd floor and bathroom on 2nd. We also have a double room on the 2nd floor that can be added to your reservation in case you want an extra separate room for your group. The roof has been ecologically renovated so the heat keeps out even on warm days. You can open 3 windows with mosquito protections. They can be closed so the room becomes 100% dark. The family room is around 9,5 meters long to 5 m wide. There is 1 king bed separated by a door (not separates as to noise only view) and a second queen bed. 1 sofa, 1 hammock, 1 swing (kids only) , 1 baby crib, 1 single bed. There is no kitchenette but a lot of Lego to play with! Guest access You enter the house with a code (garage). Entrance to outside heated pool and city garden via basement. There is an outdoor hot water shower. In the basement you have a dressing room (pool use). During your stay We share our house with our guests. I love to interact and talk. I work at home and am ready for your questions about Kortrijk (Courtray or Courtrai) or even Bruges, Ypres and more places as travel is my passion (and job). Other things to note There is a cat in the house. He likes to come into the family room when you don’t close the door :-) The room has carpet. There are lots of Lego to play with. We have a inflatable canoe for 2 adults 2 kids for rent to kayak on the river Lys (Leie) 1 block away and safety vests. The outdoor pool is to swim against the current (4m-2,5m) or to play/relax. April-September between 22 and 30 degrees. Winter around 16 degrees. The idea is to swim with wetsuits or tops in winter. Electric cars can load car in front of house (you pay charging and parking)
