This solution offers a large terrace equipped for lunch / dinner, absolute absence of light pollution. During the night it is possible to observe the entire Milky Way and the boats that sail the Tyrrhenian Coast. It has well-furnished rooms with period furniture, modern antiques and international design. The entire apartment faces south and you can enjoy the Tuscan hilly landscape that slopes towards the coast. The privacy of the terrace allows it to be used as a solarium. The bathroom recently renovated and equipped with a shower cabin. The apartment, 90 square meters, is characterized by a living room with a designer bookcase / desk, an open kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and small freezer, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. The living room overlooks the 25 square meter terrace, with a view of the hills and the Etruscan Coast; on clear days the view extends to the north-east coast of Corsica. There are 2 bedrooms: 1 double overlooking the pool, 1 with 2 single beds, overlooking the courtyard, equipped with chests of drawers and wardrobes. To enjoy full control of the pool you must book the entire villa or choose periods not in high season. The panoramic terrace is equipped with a mobile BBQ, dining table plus 4 chairs and umbrella to enjoy the terrace at any time of the day. The surrounding countryside is quiet both day and night, the villa enjoys privacy and tranquility. From the villa you can walk to the center of the small hill town in 10 minutes, equipped with bars, food shops, restaurants, public garden, pharmacy, post office and bank. During the summer the associations of the town organize some peasant and musical themed parties depending on the town's celebrations. All the furniture of the villa has been chosen with great care, mixing pieces of modern antiques, contemporary design and also of the local peasant tradition. The villa is the ideal place to spend safe holidays with the people you love and able to guarantee moments of fun sharing but also privacy, intimacy and relaxation.
