Guest access The beach is a 5 minute walk, and the nearest shops and restaurants are a short 5 minute drive away. Ballito malls etc are 10 - 12 mins away. There is one garage available, plus space for an additional 3 cars in the parking area, but parking space is limited. A steep driveway needs to be borne in mind, and please also note that the main area of the house is one flight of stairs up from the parking, and the bedrooms are one more storey above the main area.
