Modern, simple, Nordic decor with location on a quiet residential street within walking distance of trains, buses, Næstved city center, cafes, shopping and Næstved's new Arena. Suitable as a base for, e.g. business people, students or tourists who want to be in the city, see Copenhagen by train, but also close to the beach, golf, forest and history just outside. Parking on the street outside the residence. The space Lovely, cozy, new, all-in-one studio on the ground floor. Luxury sofa bed 140x200 cm, which is also the living room sofa. Table with bar stools for eating or working. Electric kettle, toaster, pots, pots and pans, tableware (glasses, cups, plates) and coffee and tea for free use. Some free drinks in the fridge. Light breakfast can be pre-ordered for self-preparation (placed in the refrigerator) for DKK 50 per person (bread, juice, butter, cheese, homemade jam, eggs) Guest access Guests have a private entrance to our studio, which is located in an annex to our private home. In front of the door to the studio, there is a cozy, sheltered tiled area with table and chairs, where the afternoon sun can be enjoyed or dinner can be eaten. Other things to note The price of the stay includes one large and one small towel per person per week. Bed linen/sheets. Light breakfast for self-preparation can be purchased for 70 DKK per person per day. Check-in at 12 noon at the earliest, or by appointment. Check-out by 12:00 p.m. unless otherwise agreed. Please place the key in the provided envelope, which can be placed in the mailbox if the host is not present to receive it back.
