A wonderful traditional house with a capacity up to 5 persons near the famous shipwreck! Ideal for families,couples or friends who wants to discover the real and traditional Zakynthos!!! The space The house has: 1 bedroom (with a double bed,a single bed and a wardrobe), a kitchen fully equipped (refrigerator, Oven,microwave,water boiler,electric filter coffe maker,a table with 4 chairs,etc) and a bathroom (shower,wc,sink,mirror,hair dryer, hair straightener and an iron). There is also a sofa-bed for two extra persons. Outside the house there is a covered porch,a big shared yard,a table with six chairs, two beach chairs,a swing for two persons and a barbeque area which you can use. The house has a television, an air condition, private parking and a wireless wifi network. Guest access All guests have access to the big shared yard, the barbeque area and the parking space. Other things to note The house is located at the north west of the island,about 40 minutes from the city of Zakynthos,at the center of the village. It is also 5 km from ''Porto Vromi" beach. That beach is the nearest point of the island where boats departing every hour with destination the Shipwreck.The route is about 25 minutes. Distances: Zakynthos Port 40' minutes, Zakynthos Airport 40' minutes, Alykes Beach Bar and Night Clubs 20' minutes, Sulfur Beach Xigia 20' minutes, Park of Askos 20' minutes, Fjord Porto Limionas Beach 20' minutes, Makris gialos 20' minutes. Furthermore,the platform where you can enjoy the view of the shipwreck from above while the sun is setting in the sea is only 4 km from the house. Around the village on walking distance you can find 8 taverns,2 traditional cafeterias,several tourist kiosks for souvenirs and two mini markets. Within 10 minutes drive you can find a pharmacy and a medical center. Finally, in 500 meters from the house is the Monastery of Saint Dionysios(In this monastery,Saint Dionysios forgave his brother's murderer and became saint.Also the medieval tower of the 15th century is of particular interest) and at 2km from the house is the Monastery of Saint George(The period of erection is unknown, but was destroyed by the pirates in 1553 and rebuilt in a Venetian style.).
