NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! This barn is unsuitable for children. Please ensure that all guests are happy with the house rules before booking. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive. The space CORONA VIRUS - for your health, after each guest leaves, the building is aired, cleaned and sanitized with Disinfectant Spray. We treat all soft and hard surfaces, beds, furniture, door handles, banisters, light switches, toilet flushes, taps, remote controls, hot tub etc. The Barn is beautifully restored using reclaimed materials including a lot of stained glass from local buildings, many sadly demolished. The landing has a full glass floor allowing the light to flood down into the dining area. The cosy living area has discreet led lamps built into the ceiling. The barn has a beautiful slipper bath in each bedroom - these do not have showers. In line with Airbnb Rules, additional guests or visitors are not permitted during your stay at my home. Guest access The whole house is exclusively available to you. There is an adjacent laundry room with a washer and dryer that you may use free of charge. There is a small private garden/seating area outside that includes the Hot Tub. Other things to note Please don't invite other guests/visitors to join you on our property as our insurance will not cover them to be here. We provide flip flops and bathrobes for you to wear to get to the hot tub; these are free to use - if you wish to take them home then they are £10 for the flip flops and £25 for the Bathrobes charged against your deposit. We provide blue/white striped pool towels - please don't take any other towels outside, thank you. If guests contaminate the hot tub (fake tan for instance) there is a £90 fee to drain, flush and clean the tub ready for refilling. There is free parking on site for one car. If guests have more than one car with them we can provide additional parking at our other facility - you must request additional parking in advance of arriving. .
