Arbor Lodge

Arbor Lodge is set in a secluded part of Cromer within 5 minutes walk to the town centre, beach & pier. The Lodge is a purpose built annex to the owners own home, and it has been finished to a high standard & benefits from sea views. The Lodge is ideal for a couple but could accommodate 4 people with an easy pull out & comfortable small double sofa bed, a travel cot is available on request. At night the outside of the lodge is illuminated. The space The kitchen is fully equipped, with hob, oven & grill. Microwave & fridge/freezer & washing machine. There is a dining area with seating for up to 4 people. The shower room has underfloor heating & a heated towel rail. Please note the shower room / toilet is on the ground floor . The king bedroom is up stairs. The property has electric storage heaters, 42" TV in the lounge & 32" TV/ DVD player in the bedroom. Some DVD's are available. Sky box included ( bring your own card ) & free WI-FI . There is a hairdryer & all bed lining, tea towels & towels ( beach towels on request ) are provided.There is a safe for your personal possessions . The patio doors lead to a small patio area with seating & leads to a private enclosed garden with sun loungers & rotary drier. There is a lockable shed for bikes on request. There is private off road parking in front of the property, for one vehicle , if you need more space let us know. A welcome pack is included inc a bottle of wine for bookings of 2 nights or more. Guest access The lodge is completely private, as is the garden.
